The terms, conditions and definitions that apply to all services we provide.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
These terms and conditions (version 2.0, effective 22 August 2026) apply to all services provided by Clever Works Ltd.

"Supplier", "we", "us": Clever Works Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13947390), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, VAT number 506106628.

"Conditions": these terms and conditions. "Confirmation": our written confirmation of your order.

"Contract": the Quotation you accept (including acceptance online through our client portal or by email), together with these Conditions and any Confirmation we issue. Acceptance of a Quotation by any means constitutes acceptance of these Conditions.

"Customer", "you": the person, firm or company who purchases Work from the Supplier. "Residential Customer": a Customer who is an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession (a consumer). "Commercial Customer": any other Customer.

"Work": the work and services to be provided by the Supplier under the Contract as set out in the Confirmation or, where a Confirmation has not been provided, the Quotation.

"Normal Working Hours": 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday.
