The terms, conditions and definitions that apply to all services we provide.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
The following definitions apply in these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all our provided services.
- “Conditions”: these terms and conditions.
- “Confirmation”: the Supplier’s confirmation of the Customer’s order.
- “Contract”: the Confirmation together with these Conditions.
- “Customer”: the person, firm or company who purchases Work from the Supplier. A Customer is either a Residential Customer or a Commercial Customer.
- “Residential Customer”: an individual who purchases Work wholly or mainly outside the course of a business (a homeowner or private individual). A Residential Customer is generally a consumer for the purposes of consumer protection legislation.
- “Commercial Customer”: a person, firm or company who purchases Work in the course of a business.
- “Supplier”: Clever Works Ltd.
- “Work”: the work and services to be provided by the Supplier under the Contract, as set out in the Supplier’s Confirmation or, where a Confirmation has not been provided, the Quotation.
- “Normal Working Hours”: 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday.
