01Registering your interestAn enquiry, with no purchase commitment.
Registering your interest asks us to contact you about CleverWorksCAM. It does not create an account, reserve a trial place, start a subscription or commit you to payment. Trial places and supported equipment are confirmed individually.
02Your licence and trial termsRead and agree the terms before access begins.
CleverWorksCAM is offered to businesses and professional drainage surveyors. Before you accept a trial or paid licence, we will provide the applicable written agreement and confirm the features, authorised users, supported devices, duration, any charges including VAT, support arrangements and cancellation terms. Any limits on liability will be set out in that agreement for you to review before accepting.
This page explains the enquiry process; it is not the software licence agreement. Viewing the demonstration, downloading a sample or submitting an enquiry does not accept a software licence. Existing customers remain subject to the terms they have agreed with us. Contact us for a copy of your agreement.
03Beta testing and availabilityCheck the setup and scope of your trial.
Beta software is still being developed and may contain errors or change between releases. We will confirm which features and platforms are available for your trial and whether it covers evaluation only or live client work. Keep independent copies of your survey records and check outputs before relying on them.
The screen tour and sample report illustrate the software; they do not guarantee that every feature is included in every trial or licence. Update timing and availability may vary. Future features are not included unless expressly agreed.
04Survey work and automated outputsYour evidence and professional review remain essential.
Check observations, coding, grades, drawings, conclusions, remedial recommendations and prices against the evidence before issuing a report or quotation. Automated and AI-assisted suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Drawing scale and position depend on the source map, survey coordinates and settings; verify these before relying on measurements or planning work.
CleverWorksCAM is not WRc approved. Confirm the coding editions, export formats and client requirements for your work before accepting a licence. Access to Ordnance Survey mapping and reuse of map extracts depend on the relevant mapping permissions and the service agreed with you.
These review requirements do not exclude our responsibilities under your agreement or any rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
05Your enquiry and survey dataKnow how your information will be used.
We use your contact details and stated requirements to assess and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include client records, sensitive personal information or access credentials in the enquiry form. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and how to exercise your rights.
Before a service processes personal data on your behalf, the applicable data-processing terms must cover the service, providers, locations, retention, security and any international transfers. Confirm those arrangements with us before uploading client information or enabling connected AI services.
