using radio detection. We may also request that you flush various parts of the system multiple times during the survey.

It is not necessary to be present unless you prefer to discuss issues as they are identified. The results and recordings
will be compiled into a comprehensive report that will be shared with you post-survey

The survey is minimally invasive and typically causes little disruption. We access manholes or inspection chambers
without compromising your property. However, if internal access is needed, arrangements may be required.

at hand. We will then offer enabling work as required, be it clearing blockages, unseizing manholes, or identifying

the survey to proceed efficiently when possible.

Typically, the survey report will be compiled and emailed to you within 3 to 5 working days from the day of payment,
excluding weekends and bank holidays. If you require the report sooner, we offer an expedited next-day service that
can be arranged upon request.
